Are you an experienced, certified home inspector who wants more work?

Have you been a home inspector in the past and are you looking to get back into the business?

USA Home Inspectors is a home inspection company with an abundance of clients, and we are looking for another inspector. We are a veteran-owned company providing home inspection services to prospective home buyers in San Diego, where we have 266 days of sunshine per year with an average daily temperature of about 68 degrees. 

We’re seeking a highly qualified, exceptional inspector with:

  • A certification in the field (NACHI, CREIA, or other similar organization)

  • Experience as a home inspector

  • Expertise using some type of reporting software

  • Clean and reliable vehicle, driving up to 100 miles a day

  • Clean, neat appearance and comportment

  • Professional and fun to work with

  • Real Estate license or experience a plus, but not required

  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and written communication, including text, email, and teleconferencing
